On June 20, 2019 Zebra Fact Check sent a complaint about PolitiFact to the International Fact-Checking Network about PolitiFact’s failure to fix an obvious error in a PolitiFact Oregon fact check concerning Social Security.

Zebra Fact Check used the example as a failure of PolitiFact’s commitment to an open and honest corrections policy. The text of the complaint follows in .pdf form.
