After reporting PolitiFact Wisconsin errors to PolitiFact without seeing any correction, Zebra Fact Check sent a formal complaint to the International Fact-Checking Network
In early March 2020, Zebra Fact Check noticed major errors in a PolitiFact Wisconsin fact check from Feb. 28, 2020. We sent an email to truthometer@politifact.com to alert the fact checkers about the error.
When after a week the errors remained intact, Zebra Fact Check tried to submit a formal complaint to the IFCN using the form on its website. After two attempts resulted in error messages, we sent the complaint via email.

I've tried twice to send these attachments through the official complaint submission form. The first time I got a message saying it looks like something went wrong. The second attempt too longer in terms of browser activity but ended with the same result:

Re: PolitiFact This case primarily shows PolitiFact's failure to scrupulously follow an open and honest corrections policy. Secondarily, as details in the outreach to PolitiFact help show, the case shows an inept approach to fact-checking (effectively ignoring the spox's explanation, etc.).
Yes, an attempt was made to contact PolitiFact to obtain a correction.
