We’re publishing this vintage email after hearing a complaint that we’re never satisfied. In this email we praised Dulce Ramos of the IFCN for her key role in producing the IFCN’s report on the first year of its verification and accountability work. We consider this email proof that we found the report satisfactory.

Probably went straight to spam.
Point taken, but Brown’s auto-reply function works when he’s out of the office.
Most likely it’s a manual system of not responding regardless of whether they read them.
On this one Dulce Ramos actually responded, thanking me for the praise.
The silence from Poynter has never been total. Responses are simply rare and low on content.
